FULL SERVICE DESIGN
This hands-on service covers beginning to end as we bring your remodel or new build to life! Design, procurement, project management are all included as we review and revise floor plans, create design boards, select fabrics and finishes, make on-site visits, communicate with tradespeople, select and order products, and oversee installation right down to setting the final pieces in place!
Decor only is also available on a room-by-room flat fee basis (minimum of two rooms) and includes space planning, furniture and finish selections from floor to ceiling inclusive of rugs, lighting, wallcoverings, art, and accessories.
DESIGNER BY YOUR SIDE
Talk through every single space and idea you've ever wanted in your home with real-time feedback, suggestions, and selections! This flat-rate service will have Liisa come to your home for up to 4 hours and work to distill and envision new possibilities after an initial discovery call. A follow-up summary and links to discussed products/images are included. This is also a great stepping stone to open the door for space planning, decor and more!

CONSULTING
If you are contemplating a project, large or small, or even in the midst of a remodel or new build but need some perspective and design direction, this is for you! Held either in-person or via Zoom for 30 or 60 minutes, we can quickly and efficiently discuss color palettes, floor plans, lighting, tile, hardware finishes, how to re-purpose or update a space, and more! An email summary recapping decisions and product suggestions discussed is included. Space inspiration and/or specific questions shared in advance make this time spent highly efficient and productive - a terrific initial investment!

SPRUCING & STYLING
The room(s) that just feel unfinished and as though something is missing deserve the opportunity to shine! This two room minimum service aims to accessorize and style your space to feel livable and loved! After an initial consultation, Liisa will source and place products to create vignettes for your home to look photo-ready!
